Here is where you can use your activation key to activate your account – The final steps you need to complete to start using our Members’ pension management service, My Pension Online.
Your activation key is the code of numbers and/or letters that we either emailed or posted to you after you registered. It allows you to securely activate your My Pension Online account.
To activate your account, all you need to do is fill in your details in the form below, including the activation key code we sent you, then click continue.

Just some things to remember…
- Make sure you complete all the boxes above with the right information - We can’t activate your account until we’ve got all these details from you.
- Make sure you check you’ve added your details correctly, like your username - If it’s in lowercase, make sure you add it in lowercase too.
